Rental Application

*All non-married occupants over age of 18 must submit individual applications, be approved & listed on lease. A non-refundable application fee $50 is required, this cost is to facilitate the credit report, background check, & eviction history. By submitting the rental application, applicant is consenting to Navarre Real Estate Source’s tenant screening procedure as listed above.

APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 680 Minimum Credit Score for approval, cosigners considered on a case by case basis.
• Copy of current Driver’s License.
• Valid email address.
• Positive rental references.
• 3 Months pay statements showing earnings of at least double rent amount for employment verification.
• Clear background check & eviction history

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Complete rental application and submit application fee.
Email copy of drivers license and pay statements to shannon@navarrerealestatesource.com.

Applications will be handled in the order they are completed. Applications are not considered completed until all required items are submitted by all prospective tenants. Completed applications will be either approved or denied within 5 business days.

Security deposit, pet deposit (if applicable), and first month’s rent will be due at lease signing.
