Navarre Real Estate Source owner/broker, Shannon A. Mills, was born in New York and moved to the Gulf Coast when she was assigned to Hurlburt Field in 1994. As a young Avionics Airman working on the mighty AC-130 Gunships, she quickly fell in love with the area and decided to call the emerald waters and sugar-white sand of Navarre home. After honorably serving 10 years in the United States Air Force, Shannon began her career in Real Estate in 2004.

She immediately found success due to her strong ethics, personality, and passion for helping others. She values the connection made with all of her clients, who have quickly become life-long friends. Shannon graduated from University of West Florida with a Bachelor's degree in College of Business with a minor in Marketing. She employs her extensive experience and education to developing superior home selling strategies for her clients. Shannon helps her clients achieve their real estate goals while identifying and advising around the many possible pitfalls within the home buying or home selling process.

Tara Luna is a Realtor, Property Manager, and Office Manager at Navarre Real Estate Source. She has distinguished herself with her endless efforts in the housing business and administrative management abilities. Tara has worked with in different areas of the real estate industry since 2010, contributing to her incredibly broad scope of knowledge. She is very passionate about client strategy and success, combined with optimal business practices to ensure a stress-free home buying or home selling.

Vanessa is originally from Washington State, but moved to the Emerald Coast with her husband in 2015 when he was assigned to Duke Field. She's made a home for herself with her husband and two young boys, a cat, a dog, and too many plants. Vanessa got her start in real estate through transaction coordination and became licensed in 2022. She's excited to join the team and share the unique charms our area has to offer!
