Shannon’s commitment to the Gulf Coast began in 1994 when she was assigned to Hurlburt Field, where she focused on maintaining the AC-130 Gunships. After honorably serving 10 years in the United States Air Force, she quickly fell in love with the area and knew she was home, drawn by the emerald waters, the spirit of the local community, and sugar-white sands of Navarre.

Shannon began her career in Real Estate in 2004 and immediately found success, driven by the unwavering honesty and unshakeable determination she learned in the military, paired with a genuine passion for helping people. This straightforward approach, combined with her strong negotiation skills, means she's always fighting hard for the best possible results for her clients, agents, and trusted network. Kelly Gatto A seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, I began my career in 1999 with Crye-Leike Realtors in Tennessee. During those years, I had the privilege of working alongside two special friends who were custom home builders and also gained expertise managing foreclosures for investors. In 2011, I made the move to Florida while maintaining my licenses in both states and have been focused full-time on Florida's dynamic real estate market since 2015.

My deep ties to Tennessee’s realtor community have helped me build a robust referral network, enabling me to connect clients seamlessly across state lines. Additionally, I hold a community association manager license, which—while I choose not to practice as a CAM—gives me valuable insights into HOA-related properties.
Having worked for various companies in the short-term rental industry, I took a leap of faith and founded my own company in November 2024, blending my passion for real estate with entrepreneurial spirit.
